Sustainability Policy<\/h3>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Our group embraces the corporate philosophy of being \u201ca Company for People\u201d \u201ca Company for Challenges\u201d \u201ca Company of Mutual Coexistence\u201d and \u201ca Company with Social Responsibility\u201d. We aim to contribute to the improvement of people\u2019s quality of life and the realization of a society with abundant dreams as a proposer of lifestyle culture. Guided by this corporate philosophy, we are committed to addressing all the challenges in the society surrounding our group and promoting SDGs management from a long-term perspective, aiming for the realization of a sustainable world.<\/p>\n

Sustainability Promotion Structure<\/h3>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

In May 2021, we established the \u201cSDGs Committee\u201d under the direct control of the President. This committee, chaired by the Representative Directors, consists of members of the management meeting (responsible executives selected from various domestic and overseas locations) and serves as the decision-making body for initiatives related to SDGs and sustainability.
\nThe committee engages in activities such as sharing policies regarding sustainability and reviewing the progress of initiatives. Additionally, as necessary, the Representative Directors will report to the Board of Directors.
\nMoving forward, the committee will continue to execute and promote SDGs activities to address challenges effectively.<\/p>\n
