Establishment of Hygiene Committee
To promote the maintenance and enhancement of employee health and prevent health disorders, we have established a “Hygiene Committee” based on the provisions of Article 18 of Industrial Safety and Health Act. We collaborate with occupational physicians to regularly provide various information on health issues to employees through newsletters and engage in measures to respond to emergencies such as the COVID-19 pandemic, all aimed at protecting employee health.
Implementation of Pulse Surveys
We conduct a monthly survey called “Pulse Survey” by asking employees the same questions repeatedly to detect changes in their physical and mental conditions. Introduced in November 2022, this survey measures the overall health of both the company and individual employees. By capturing real-time data on employees’ physical and mental health and their satisfaction with the company, we strive to improve engagement.
Implementation of Stress Checks
We conduct stress checks annually to prevent mental health issues among employees and further enhance self-care and improve the workplace environment. Through self-awareness of stress, we aim to prevent mental health issues.
Reduction of Excessive Working Hours
We aim to prevent long working hours by shutting down each office at 8:30 PM and setting upper limits on daily working hours.
Efforts in Health Management
As part of our efforts in employee health management, we conduct annual regular health check-ups and provide company-funded cervical cancer screenings (fully funded by the company) and influenza vaccinations (partially funded by the company, fully funded for overseas travelers) for those who wish to avail them.

To create an environment where each employee can challenge themselves towards their goals, we have adopted a Management By Objective (MBO) system as part of our personnel evaluation. We conduct semi-annual interviews with evaluators (superiors) to strive for fair and impartial evaluations.

In addition to domestic locations, our company has overseas locations in London, Paris, Milan, Hong Kong, and Taipei, where talents with various backgrounds thrive. To promote cross-border open innovation, information exchange, and new idea generation, we regularly hold company-wide remote sessions called “GROUP MEETS.” This initiative aims to foster cross-generational communication within our global organization. (Started in 2020 and has been held 24 times as of May 2024)
