Sustainability Policy
Our group embraces the corporate philosophy of being “a Company for People” “a Company for Challenges” “a Company of Mutual Coexistence” and “a Company with Social Responsibility”. We aim to contribute to the improvement of people’s quality of life and the realization of a society with abundant dreams as a proposer of lifestyle culture. Guided by this corporate philosophy, we are committed to addressing all the challenges in the society surrounding our group and promoting SDGs management from a long-term perspective, aiming for the realization of a sustainable world.
Sustainability Promotion Structure
In May 2021, we established the “SDGs Committee” under the direct control of the President. This committee, chaired by the Representative Directors, consists of members of the management meeting (responsible executives selected from various domestic and overseas locations) and serves as the decision-making body for initiatives related to SDGs and sustainability. The committee engages in activities such as sharing policies regarding sustainability and reviewing the progress of initiatives. Additionally, as necessary, the Representative Directors will report to the Board of Directors. Moving forward, the committee will continue to execute and promote SDGs activities to address challenges effectively.
