The Osaka Sunrise Building, owned by our company, has obtained a four-star rating under the environmental certification “BELS” (Building Energy-saving Labeling System).

Through the refurbishment of air conditioning systems and the conversion to LED lighting in this building, primary energy consumption has been reduced by 31 per cent, with a corresponding reduction in CO₂ emissions anticipated.

“BELS” is a system where a third-party organization evaluates and certifies the energy-saving performance of buildings.
