On November 13, 2024, we were honored with the “Outstanding Contributions to Fire Safety Management Operations” award from the Nihonbashi Fire Station of the Tokyo Fire Department. This recognition highlights our dedication to appropriate fire safety management, as well as our efforts to conduct regular evacuation and fire drills in collaboration with the fire department and tenant stakeholders.
