DAKS, a British fashion brand owned by our Company, will sell a limited number of items in collaboration with illustrator Yoco Nagamiya at its official online shop and major department stores nationwide from spring/summer 2023.
◆The Travelling Gentleman “Journey”
DAKS x YOCO NAGAMIYA
The story of Journey, a gentleman with a trademark house check scarf, is told through three storylines – Full English, Afternoon Tea and a Sunset Picnic – that take the British culinary tradition as their main character, creating a pleasant day’s narrative.
As the name “Journey” suggests, he will take you on a journey through the changing times and places, as if you were to enjoy a day’s journey into the world of DAKS for spring/summer 2023.
The brand teames up again with illustrator Yoco Nagamiya, with whom they collaborated on the 2018 spring/summer season visuals, to illustrate the brand’s iconic house checks and other adorable bears with Nagamiya’s unique touch.
◆Collaboration items
The line-up ranges from women’s clothing such as dresses, blouses, T-shirts and pyjamas to clothing accessories such as pendants, earrings, scarves, handkerchiefs, UV gloves, hats, socks, umbrellas, room shoes, aprons and underwear. Be sure to find your favourite item.

◆Customised order session for embroidered badges
A customisation order session will be held for tops such as polo shirts, cut-and-sewns and blouses, with an embroidered badge of a bear drawn by Yoco Nagamiya to create a favourite piece of clothing.

Venue: DAKS women’s shops in department stores nationwide
◆Novelties
Customers who purchase the collaborative novelties (smart-phone stand, tote bag and magnet) can receive a free gift.

◆Shibuya 109 Forum Vision
From 13 March (Mon) at Shibuya 109 Forum Vision.
The second DAKS video, introducing the collaboration with Yoco Nagamiya, will be shown.

Illustrator widely active in Japan and abroad, with clients including fashion and beauty brands, and work for fashion magazines such as Vogue and ELLE.
