LEONARD held a Christmas event at its flagship store in Omotesando.

On December 12th, LEONARD held a Christmas party and new collection unveiling event to express our gratitude for the past year.
We welcomed pianist Shiori Kuwahara, who placed fourth at the 19th International Chopin Piano Competition (held in October 2025), as our special guest. She delighted the audience with her piano performance.

Shiori Kuwahara wore a LEONARD dress, adding an extra touch of elegance to the venue.
Moving forward, LEONARD will continue to cherish opportunities to engage with our customers, delivering the brand’s unique worldview through a variety of events.

Born in Tokyo.
October 2025, she was awarded fourth prize at the 19th International Fryderyk Chopin Piano Competition.
In the same year, she was the finalist at the Queen Elisabeth International Music Competition (Belgium).

In 2021, she awarded the highest ranking in Japanese history, securing second place at the Arthur Rubinstein International Piano Master Competition (Israel).

In 2019, awarded second place in the highest ranking ever achieved by a Japanese musician and the prize for the finest performance of Busoni’s works.

After attending the Music High School attached to The Faculty of Music, she progressed to Tokyo University of the Arts. She studied under Megumi Ito. In 2018, she graduated top of Tokyo University of the Arts.
In April of the same year, she began studying at the Berlin University of the Arts, studying under Klaus Hellwig. She completed his master’s degree and the state performer qualification course with the highest marks. She was awarded the Steinway Berlin Prize.

She has appeared in numerous concerts across Europe, including Duszniki International Chopin Piano Festival (Poland), as well as domestically. She frequently performs with orchestras, captivating audiences worldwide with his overwhelming performances.

Currently enrolled at the International Piano Academy Lake Como.
